Good morning! Today is Day Five of the hCG injections diet. I just completed the hCG shot and I am going to go ahead and do my breakfast shortly. I just wanted to let you know I am feeling great! I have a little bit of energy that I have not had in a long time. Today, was one of those major goals that I reached. I was able to actually complete a two mile walk earlier this morning which is something that I have not done in a long time. I felt good, I had the energy to complete it from beginning to end.

As far as the dieting is going, there are moments where I feel a little bit hungrier than usual. But, what I have noticed for me is that if I continue to drink water, maybe that moment when I want to feel that temptation of wanting to go get something I am not supposed to eat, if I drink water it is helping. Its just getting used to drinking water when you are not used to drinking water as much as your supposed to.

Overall, I think I have done well on the hCG injections diet.

I am sticking to the hCG injections protocol. Like I mentioned I have not weighed myself. I am going to wait until the end of the week to do that because I don’t want to get fixated on a number to me, I don’t want to get disencouraged or anything like that. So, I think I will wait until the end of the week to weigh myself. I have noticed that some of my clothing is not as tight as it was a week ago. So I am pretty sure something good is happening there! So, we will be keeping touch throughout the week, and then I will check in at the end of the week as well and let you know how much weight I have actually lost in the week.
